Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Boil eggs for 9-12 minutes until hard-boiled.
- Transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool, then peel and slice in half.
- Scoop out yolks and mix with mashed avocado, lime juice, salt, and pepper until creamy.
- Pipe the avocado mixture back into the egg halves to resemble Christmas trees.
- Garnish with paprika or edible glitter, if desired, and arrange upright for serving.
