Ingredients
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1–2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon melted coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese (for drizzle)
- 1 tablespoon milk (for drizzle)
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup (for drizzle)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until combined.
- Divide the mixture between two 12-oz jars.
- For the cinnamon swirl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and coconut oil; layer into each jar on top of the oat mixture.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, stir and drizzle with the cream cheese mixture (whisk together cream cheese, milk, and maple syrup until smooth).
