Description

Healthy and delicious overnight oats that taste like cookie dough, perfect for busy mornings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter or almond butter
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup or honey
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until creamy and well-mixed.
  2. Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  3. Transfer the mixture into jars or containers with lids and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Before serving, top with additional chocolate chips or fresh fruit if desired.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Can be served cold or warmed up.
