Healthy and delicious overnight oats that taste like cookie dough, perfect for busy mornings.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 2 tbsp natural peanut butter or almond butter
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup or honey
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until creamy and well-mixed.
- Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Transfer the mixture into jars or containers with lids and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, top with additional chocolate chips or fresh fruit if desired.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Can be served cold or warmed up.
