Description
A delightful beverage that combines the warmth of chai tea with the seasonal taste of pumpkin, perfect for a refreshing drink on a warm day.
Ingredients
- 1 cup chai concentrate (store-bought or homemade)
 - 1 cup milk (whole, almond, oat, or coconut)
 - 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
 - ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
 - ½ cup heavy cream or coconut cream
 - 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or brown sugar
 - ½ tsp vanilla extract
 - Ice, as needed
 - Optional topping: pumpkin spice or cinnamon sprinkle
 
Instructions
- Brew chai tea double-strength or use chai concentrate. Let it cool.
 - In a blender, mix heavy cream, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until thick and frothy.
 - Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour in half of the chai concentrate and half of the milk. Stir gently to mix.
 - Spoon the pumpkin cream cold foam over the top of the drink, allowing it to cascade down.
 - Sprinkle with pumpkin spice or cinnamon if desired, and serve immediately.
 
Notes
This drink is best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Mix again before serving.
