Description

A delightful beverage that combines the warmth of chai tea with the seasonal taste of pumpkin, perfect for a refreshing drink on a warm day.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup chai concentrate (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup milk (whole, almond, oat, or coconut)
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ cup heavy cream or coconut cream
  • 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or brown sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Ice, as needed
  • Optional topping: pumpkin spice or cinnamon sprinkle


Instructions

  1. Brew chai tea double-strength or use chai concentrate. Let it cool.
  2. In a blender, mix heavy cream, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until thick and frothy.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour in half of the chai concentrate and half of the milk. Stir gently to mix.
  4. Spoon the pumpkin cream cold foam over the top of the drink, allowing it to cascade down.
  5. Sprinkle with pumpkin spice or cinnamon if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

This drink is best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Mix again before serving.
