Description

Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup fresh crab meat
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (e.g., parsley, dill)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Remove the stems and clean the mushroom caps.
  3. In a bowl, mix together crab meat, cream cheese, garlic, lemon juice, herbs, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  4. Spoon the mixture generously into each mushroom cap.
