Ingredients
- 12 large mushrooms
- 1 cup fresh crab meat
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (e.g., parsley, dill)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Remove the stems and clean the mushroom caps.
- In a bowl, mix together crab meat, cream cheese, garlic, lemon juice, herbs, salt, and pepper until creamy.
- Spoon the mixture generously into each mushroom cap.
- Top with breadcrumbs.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
