Description

Flavorful meatballs made from ground chicken, cranberries, and fresh orange zest, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup orange zest
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, cranberry sauce, orange zest, egg, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll mixture into balls and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Notes

Serve with cranberry sauce for dipping or on a bed of rice.
