Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef (or turkey)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Slider buns or small dinner rolls
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground meat, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  3. Form into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. In a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce and soy sauce, then bring to a simmer.
  6. Add the baked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
