Ingredients

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing gently until just combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine softened cream cheese with a bit of jam to create the filling.
- Preheat a griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto the griddle.
- Spoon a dollop of the cream cheese mixture onto the center of the batter.
- Encapsulate the filling with more batter, then cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes.
- Flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Repeat with remaining batter and filling.
- Serve with maple syrup, fresh berries, and a dusting of powdered sugar.
Notes
