Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese (low-fat recommended)
  • 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter (or almond/cashew butter)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup (or agave nectar for vegan option)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (preferably pure)
  • 1-2 tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 medium Sliced Banana (or fresh berries)
  • 1/4 cup Granola (for added crunch)


Instructions

  1. Place cottage cheese and peanut butter in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and cocoa powder (if using) to the bowl.
  3. Blend everything together using a hand mixer or food processor until smooth and creamy.
  4. Gradually add milk to achieve desired consistency and mix well.
  5. Stir in sliced banana or berries, if using.
