Delicious creamy garlic baby potatoes that are quick to prepare and pair well with various main dishes.
Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds baby potatoes
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh herbs (parsley or chives) for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the baby potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15 minutes.
- In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until golden brown.
- Add the heavy cream to the sautéed garlic and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Drain the boiled potatoes and add them to the garlic-cream mixture, stirring well to coat.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs.
