Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup rice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and chicken broth to the skillet, stirring to combine.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Combine the creamy sauce with the cooked rice, mixing well to incorporate.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
