Description

A comforting dish featuring tender chicken and fluffy rice in a rich, creamy garlic sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes.
  3. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream and chicken broth to the skillet, stirring to combine.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Combine the creamy sauce with the cooked rice, mixing well to incorporate.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
