Description

A comforting dish combining tender chicken with a rich, creamy garlic sauce, served over fluffy rice.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to package directions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced chicken, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and sauté until golden brown.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  6. Add the heavy cream and let it simmer until it thickens.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it in the garlic cream sauce.
  8. Serve the chicken over fluffy rice, garnished with fresh parsley.
