Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts, diced
- 2 cups rice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package directions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and sauté until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Add the heavy cream and let it simmer until it thickens.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it in the garlic cream sauce.
- Serve the chicken over fluffy rice, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
