A refreshing salad that combines pasta with imitation crab and a creamy dressing, perfect for summer picnics or quick lunches.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces pasta (fusilli or rotini)
- 8 ounces imitation crab, chopped
- 1 cup peas
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or dill for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta until al dente, then rinse under cold water.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
- In a large bowl, combine drained pasta, imitation crab, peas, and bell pepper.
- Toss with the creamy dressing.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or dill before serving.
