Description

A refreshing salad that combines pasta with imitation crab and a creamy dressing, perfect for summer picnics or quick lunches.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta (fusilli or rotini)
  • 8 ounces imitation crab, chopped
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or dill for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta until al dente, then rinse under cold water.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
  3. In a large bowl, combine drained pasta, imitation crab, peas, and bell pepper.
  4. Toss with the creamy dressing.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
