Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or linguine recommended)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup basil pesto
- Salt, to taste
- Pine nuts, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook your preferred pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain.
- In a skillet over medium heat, combine heavy cream, grated Parmesan, and basil pesto.
- Mix until well combined and heated through.
- Toss the drained pasta in the skillet with the creamy sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve with additional Parmesan and pine nuts on top, if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat gently on the stovetop with a splash of cream or pasta water.
