Description

Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 cups fresh or frozen spinach
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup Gruyere cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Heavy cream (optional, for serving)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat, sauté onions and garlic until fragrant and just golden.
