Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into bite-sized meatballs.
- In a skillet, brown the meatballs over medium heat until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles until al dente; drain.
- In a baking dish, combine cooked noodles, meatballs, and heavy cream; mix well.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
