Ingredients
- 2 large apples, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cans crescent roll dough
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Caramel sauce, for drizzling
- Vanilla ice cream, for serving
- Whipped cream, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the sliced apples, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Take one slice of apple and wrap it snugly in a piece of crescent dough.
- Place the wrapped dumpling in a baking dish. Repeat for all apple slices.
- Brush the tops of the dumplings with melted butter.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and apples are tender.
