Description

A quick and easy recipe for crispy chicken and gooey mozzarella wrapped in a soft tortilla, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 tortillas
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cooking spray
  • Your favorite toppings (lettuce, tomatoes, etc.)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer.
  2. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge the chicken in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  4. Air fry the chicken at 375°F (190°C) for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove chicken and let it rest for a few minutes.
  6. Layer chicken, mozzarella cheese, and your favorite toppings on a tortilla.
  7. Wrap tightly and place in the air fryer again for 3-5 minutes to melt the cheese.
