Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 tortillas
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooking spray
- Your favorite toppings (lettuce, tomatoes, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer.
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Dredge the chicken in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Air fry the chicken at 375°F (190°C) for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove chicken and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Layer chicken, mozzarella cheese, and your favorite toppings on a tortilla.
- Wrap tightly and place in the air fryer again for 3-5 minutes to melt the cheese.
