Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts or tenderloins, sliced into strips
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 splash milk
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika and garlic powder for seasoning
  • Oil spray for cooking


Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken strips dry with paper towels to ensure crispiness.
  2. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs and milk, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with seasonings.
  3. Dip each chicken strip first into the flour, then into the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Spray the air fryer basket lightly with oil and place the chicken strips in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
  6. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Notes
