Delightful and healthy Crispy Air Fryer Sweet Potato Wedges, perfect for a snack or side dish.
Ingredients
- 3 medium-sized firm sweet potatoes
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and optionally peel the sweet potatoes. Cut each into wedges about half an inch thick.
- Place the wedges in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper over the wedges, then toss again.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes. Arrange the wedges in a single layer in the basket.
- Air fry the wedges for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove the wedges once they are golden and crispy. Transfer to a plate and serve hot.
Notes
For added flavor, serve with dips like ketchup or ranch dressing. You can also experiment with different seasonings.
