Description

Delightful and healthy Crispy Air Fryer Sweet Potato Wedges, perfect for a snack or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 3 medium-sized firm sweet potatoes
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Wash and optionally peel the sweet potatoes. Cut each into wedges about half an inch thick.
  2. Place the wedges in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Sprinkle salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper over the wedges, then toss again.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes. Arrange the wedges in a single layer in the basket.
  5. Air fry the wedges for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Remove the wedges once they are golden and crispy. Transfer to a plate and serve hot.

Notes

For added flavor, serve with dips like ketchup or ranch dressing. You can also experiment with different seasonings.
