Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  3. Season the thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  4. Arrange the chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the skin is browned and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
