Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add chicken tenders and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Coat the marinated chicken in panko breadcrumbs.
- Place chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, checking for an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
