Description

Deliciously crispy chicken tenders infused with Mediterranean herbs and spices, baked to perfection for a healthier option.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add chicken tenders and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Coat the marinated chicken in panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Place chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, checking for an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
