Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Optional: chopped pecans or walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden and crispy, shaking the pan halfway through.
- In the last 5 minutes of roasting, drizzle the honey and balsamic vinegar mixture over the sprouts.
- Serve immediately, garnished with optional nuts if desired.
