Delightful crispy snacks made from artichoke hearts coated in Parmesan, perfect as an appetizer or snack.
Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried herbs (oregano, thyme, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Drain and rinse the artichoke hearts, then pat them dry with paper towels.
- Toss the dried artichoke hearts with breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, and dried herbs until well coated.
- Spread the coated artichoke hearts evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven for best results.
