Description

Delightful crispy snacks made from artichoke hearts coated in Parmesan, perfect as an appetizer or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried herbs (oregano, thyme, etc.)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Drain and rinse the artichoke hearts, then pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. Toss the dried artichoke hearts with breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, and dried herbs until well coated.
  4. Spread the coated artichoke hearts evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven for best results.
