Description

Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken (about 4-5 lbs)
  • 2 tablespoons salt (for dry brine)
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Olive oil (for coating)


Instructions

  1. Dry brine the chicken by applying salt and letting it rest in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  2. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  3. Pat the chicken dry and coat it with olive oil.
