Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Layer the chicken in the Crock Pot.
- Add garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and cream over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
- Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) before serving.
- Serve over pasta, on a bed of greens, or with crusty bread. Garnish with fresh herbs.
Notes
For a lighter sauce, substitute heavy cream with Greek yogurt. You can also add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
