Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or pepper jack)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups mixed vegetables (like broccoli, carrots, and peas)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Additional spices (optional)
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and your favorite spices.
- Place chicken at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add chopped onions, garlic, and mixed vegetables on top of the chicken.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth, then pour over the ingredients in the crockpot.
- Add a generous amount of shredded cheese on top.
- Set the crockpot to low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Once cooked, stir to combine and serve directly from the crockpot.
Notes
For added flavor, you can brown the chicken before placing it in the crockpot. Use a slow cooker liner for easy cleanup.
