Description

A comforting dish with hearty pasta, robust chili flavor, and melty cheese, perfect for busy weeknights and cozy gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can (15 oz) chili beans
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese


Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef on the stovetop and drain excess fat.
  2. Toss the beef in the crockpot with chili beans, diced tomatoes, macaroni, and spices.
  3. Cover and slow cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  4. Add shredded cheese before serving and let it melt.

Notes

For a deeper flavor, sauté onions and garlic before adding to the crockpot. Adjust spice levels to preference. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
