Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) chili beans
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef on the stovetop and drain excess fat.
- Toss the beef in the crockpot with chili beans, diced tomatoes, macaroni, and spices.
- Cover and slow cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Add shredded cheese before serving and let it melt.
