Description

This warm, creamy dip combines the irresistible flavors of a classic Reuben sandwich into an easy-to-share appetizer that everyone will love.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup chopped corned beef
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • Optional: chives or green onions for garnish
  • Toasted rye bread for serving


Instructions

  1. In a Crockpot, mix together cream cheese, shredded cheese, chopped corned beef, and sauerkraut until well combined.
  2. Set the Crockpot to cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
  3. Stir occasionally throughout the cooking process for even melting.
  4. Once cooked, serve warm with toasted rye bread and garnish with chives if desired.
