Description

Delightful cookies combining classic chocolate chip flavors with the fun crunch of Rice Krispies, perfect for sharing or enjoying at home.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Mini Marshmallows


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the Rice Krispies, flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture, mixing well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Stir in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
  7. Scoop tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each cookie.
  8. Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
  9. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
