Ingredients
- 3 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter
- 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 large Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Mini Marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the Rice Krispies, flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture, mixing well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
- Scoop tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
