Description

A delightful twist on classic cookies, combining crispy Rice Krispies and gooey chocolate chips for a fun snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies
  • 2 cups chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the eggs and mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the Rice Krispies and chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop portions of dough onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.

Notes

For best results, use room temperature butter and eggs. Chill the dough for 30 minutes if possible.
