A delightful twist on classic cookies, combining crispy Rice Krispies and gooey chocolate chips for a fun snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup softened butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups Rice Krispies
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- Cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs and mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in the Rice Krispies and chocolate chips.
- Scoop portions of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.
Notes
For best results, use room temperature butter and eggs. Chill the dough for 30 minutes if possible.
