Description

A light and refreshing Cucumber Caesar Salad that adds a burst of flavor to any meal, perfect for summer picnics or family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 large English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium head romaine lettuce, chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • Cracked black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh lemon wedges, for serving
  • Optional: croutons or crushed pita chips for added crunch


Instructions

  1. Cut the cucumber into thin rounds using a mandoline or knife.
  2. Wash, dry, and chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cucumber, and Caesar dressing. Toss gently until everything is coated.
  4. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and add cracked black pepper to taste. Squeeze lemon juice over the salad if desired.
  5. Enjoy immediately for maximum crunch.
