Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate ganache
- 1 cup chocolate glaze
- Sea salt or colorful sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well mixed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean; let cool completely.
- Cut the cooled brownies into neat squares.
- Layer each square with a smooth chocolate ganache.
- Coat with a chocolate glaze and decorate with sea salt or sprinkles.
