Description
A delightful treat combining churros and cheesecake, featuring a flaky crust and sweet creamy filling topped with cinnamon sugar.
Ingredients
- 2 tubes Crescent Dough
- 16 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1.5 cups Granulated Sugar
- 1 large Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then mix in 1 cup of sugar, the egg, and vanilla.
- Roll out one tube of crescent dough in the baking dish, spreading the cream cheese mixture over it.
- Place the second tube of dough on top and seal any gaps.
- Mix the remaining 0.5 cup of sugar with cinnamon, brush melted butter on top, and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown; let cool before slicing.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature. Pair with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
