Ingredients
- 1/2 cup basil seeds
- 1 cup vermicelli noodles
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup rose syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (pistachios, almonds)
- Fresh fruits (optional)
Instructions
- Soak basil seeds in water for at least 30 minutes until they fluff up.
- Cook vermicelli noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
- In a bowl, combine milk, rose syrup, and cardamom powder; chill in the fridge.
- In clear glass bowls or mason jars, layer the noodles, milk mixture, and toppings.
- Repeat layers until glasses are full, finishing with toppings.
- Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
