Description

A crispy, golden-brown burrito filled with creamy Alfredo sauce and succulent deep-fried shrimp, perfect for a family favorite or casual gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
  2. Dip the shrimp in flour, then eggs, and finally breadcrumbs to coat.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Fry the shrimp until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. In a separate pot, warm the Alfredo sauce until creamy.
  6. Warm the tortillas briefly to make them pliable.
  7. Assemble the burritos by placing shrimp and Alfredo sauce inside the tortillas and wrapping them up.
  8. Serve garnished with parsley and Parmesan cheese.

Notes

For extra crunch, double-dip the shrimp in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs. Use large tortillas for easy wrapping.
