Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- Oil for frying
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions
- Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
- Dip the shrimp in flour, then eggs, and finally breadcrumbs to coat.
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the shrimp until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- In a separate pot, warm the Alfredo sauce until creamy.
- Warm the tortillas briefly to make them pliable.
- Assemble the burritos by placing shrimp and Alfredo sauce inside the tortillas and wrapping them up.
- Serve garnished with parsley and Parmesan cheese.
Notes
For extra crunch, double-dip the shrimp in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs. Use large tortillas for easy wrapping.
