Quick and easy Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps made with soft tortillas, cooked chicken, cheese, and garlic, perfect for a fast family dinner.
Ingredients
- 4-6 Soft Tortillas (Flour or whole wheat)
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken (Rotisserie chicken is great)
- 2-3 cloves Garlic (Fresh preferred)
- 1-2 cups Cheese (Mozzarella, cheddar or pepper jack)
- 1 tablespoon Butter (For frying)
- Parsley (To taste, fresh or dried)
- Salt and Pepper (To taste)
- Chili flakes (Optional)
- Ranch or Tomato slice (Optional)
- Honey mustard or barbecue (Optional)
Instructions
- Heat butter in a skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add cooked chicken to the skillet to absorb garlic flavor.
- Sprinkle cheese over the chicken and stir until melted.
- Lay chicken mixture across the center of each tortilla and wrap snugly.
- Place wraps seam side down in the skillet and toast until golden on both sides.
- For extra meltiness, cover with a lid while toasting.
Notes
Use medium heat to avoid burning the tortillas. Don’t overstuff your wraps to make folding easier. A splash of water in the pan can help melt the cheese perfectly.
