Ingredients

  • 2 pounds sausage meat
  • 1 package puff pastry (2 sheets)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs (e.g., thyme, rosemary)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the sausage meat with dried herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry to 1/8 inch thick and cut into strips.
