Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) Chicken Breast
  • 1 cup (200g) Rice (Uncooked)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup (240ml) Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup (120g) Cheddar Cheese


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the chicken breast over medium heat until golden.
  2. Add the uncooked rice, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  3. Cover the skillet and cook for about 20 minutes or until the rice is tender.
  4. Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. Season to taste and serve warm.
