Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) Chicken Breast
- 1 cup (200g) Rice (Uncooked)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup (240ml) Chicken Broth
- 1 cup (120g) Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the chicken breast over medium heat until golden.
- Add the uncooked rice, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Cover the skillet and cook for about 20 minutes or until the rice is tender.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season to taste and serve warm.
Notes
