- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1 cup grated zucchini
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup milk (or non-dairy milk)
- 1/4 cup natural sweetener (honey, maple syrup, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Mix in grated zucchini, fresh blueberries, milk, and natural sweetener.
