Ingredients
- 10–12 oz pizza dough
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup thinly sliced dill pickles (pat dry)
- 4 slices cooked, chopped bacon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) with a pizza stone or inverted baking sheet.
- Stretch the dough to a 12-inch circle and dock lightly with a fork; brush the rim with olive oil.
- Blend cream cheese, sour cream, Dijon mustard, and dried dill until smooth; spread a thin layer over the dough.
- Top with mozzarella, sliced pickles, and bacon if using.
- Slide onto the preheated stone and bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Finish with fresh chopped dill or chives and let rest for 3–5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For best results, pat pickles dry and consider par-baking the crust to prevent sogginess.
