Ingredients
- 1 lb tender steak (sirloin or filet mignon)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or thyme for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat a skillet over high heat and add a little oil.
- Cook steak bites in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan, until golden-brown.
- In the last few minutes of cooking, add minced garlic and butter.
- Toss steak bites in the garlic butter until well coated.
- Let the steak bites rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or thyme before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Best reheated in a skillet.
