Description

Tender steak bites seared to perfection and tossed in a luscious garlic butter sauce for a flavorful treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb tender steak (sirloin or filet mignon)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or thyme for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat a skillet over high heat and add a little oil.
  3. Cook steak bites in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan, until golden-brown.
  4. In the last few minutes of cooking, add minced garlic and butter.
  5. Toss steak bites in the garlic butter until well coated.
  6. Let the steak bites rest for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley or thyme before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Best reheated in a skillet.
