Delicious Strawberry Oatmeal Bars are a healthy, eggless treat made with chewy oats and fresh strawberries, perfect for breakfast or snacks.
Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
 - 1 cup flour
 - 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
 - 1/3 cup honey
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
 - In a bowl, mix together oats, flour, salt, and baking soda.
 - Add the chopped strawberries and honey, mixing until crumbly.
 - Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
 - Add another layer of strawberries on top.
 - Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
 - Let cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.
 
Notes
For a gluten-free version, substitute regular flour with almond flour. You can also add nuts or other fruits depending on your preference.
