A healthy, crunchy alternative to traditional chips, these air fryer radish chips satisfy snack cravings without the guilt.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch radishes, sliced 1/8 inch thick
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Optional: smoked paprika, garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Wash and slice radishes thinly using a mandoline or knife.
- Pat radish slices dry with a paper towel.
- Toss sliced radishes in a bowl with olive oil and salt until evenly coated.
- Place radish slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding crowding.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until chips are golden and crispy.
- Remove from air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 24 hours. Re-crisp in the air fryer if they soften.
