Description

A healthy, crunchy alternative to traditional chips, these air fryer radish chips satisfy snack cravings without the guilt.


Ingredients

  • 1 bunch radishes, sliced 1/8 inch thick
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Optional: smoked paprika, garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Wash and slice radishes thinly using a mandoline or knife.
  3. Pat radish slices dry with a paper towel.
  4. Toss sliced radishes in a bowl with olive oil and salt until evenly coated.
  5. Place radish slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding crowding.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until chips are golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 24 hours. Re-crisp in the air fryer if they soften.
