Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 oz crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, stir the cream cheese until soft.
- Add crumbled feta, dried cranberries, green onions, and chopped pecans. Mix well.
- Spread the mixture over the tortillas.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and cover with plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for about an hour to firm up.
- Slice into bite-sized rounds before serving.
