Description

Delightful bites that pack all the traditional flavors of Thanksgiving stuffing into easy-to-handle balls, perfect for sharing.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (thyme, parsley, etc.), chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together shredded turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped cranberries, and herbs.
  3. Add the beaten egg and mix until just combined. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Form the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for about 25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  6. For an extra crispy finish, broil for 2-3 minutes at the end of cooking.
