Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh herbs (thyme, parsley, etc.), chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together shredded turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped cranberries, and herbs.
- Add the beaten egg and mix until just combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Form the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- For an extra crispy finish, broil for 2-3 minutes at the end of cooking.
