Ingredients
- 10 oz white chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup lemon zest (about 2 lemons)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Additional chocolate for dipping
- Cocoa powder or powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- In a double boiler, melt the chopped white chocolate over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and mix in lemon zest, lemon juice, and cream until silky.
- Chill the mixture in the fridge until firm enough to scoop, about 1 hour.
- Once firm, scoop the mixture and roll it into small balls.
- Dip each ball in melted chocolate and allow to set on parchment paper.
- Optional: Dust with cocoa powder or powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week, or freeze for up to three months. Allow to thaw in the fridge before serving.
