Description

Delightful deviled eggs shaped into mini Christmas trees, garnished with fresh herbs and colorful veggies.


Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh herbs (parsley, dill, or chives) for garnishing
  • Cherry tomatoes or bell peppers for decorations (optional)


Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs in simmering water for 10-12 minutes until hard-boiled.
  2. Cool the eggs in ice water, then peel and slice them in half.
  3. Scoop out the yolks and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  4. Use a food processor to ensure a smooth filling.
  5. Pipe the mixture back into the egg whites to resemble trees.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs and optional decorative veggies.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days. Prepare filling in advance for convenience.
