Description
Delightful deviled eggs shaped into mini Christmas trees, garnished with fresh herbs and colorful veggies.
Ingredients
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Fresh herbs (parsley, dill, or chives) for garnishing
- Cherry tomatoes or bell peppers for decorations (optional)
Instructions
- Boil the eggs in simmering water for 10-12 minutes until hard-boiled.
- Cool the eggs in ice water, then peel and slice them in half.
- Scoop out the yolks and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until creamy.
- Use a food processor to ensure a smooth filling.
- Pipe the mixture back into the egg whites to resemble trees.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and optional decorative veggies.
Notes
