Description

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped red bell pepper and green onions for decoration
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda (for boiling)


Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs using the cold-water method for easy peeling.
  2. Once boiled, cool eggs in an ice bath.
  3. Remove the shell and cut each egg in half, scooping out the yolks.
  4. Mix yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, and seasonings until smooth.
  5. Pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites to form a tree shape.
  6. Decorate with chopped veggies and herbs.
