Description

Deviled Strawberries are a fun twist on traditional cheesecake, combining creamy filling with fresh strawberries for a delicious and visually pleasing dessert.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream
  • 2/3 cup White Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Large Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and sugar until creamy and smooth.
  2. Add the vanilla extract and lemon juice, then mix well.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Wash the strawberries and remove the tops with a knife. Carefully hollow out the centers.
  5. Fill each strawberry with the cheesecake filling using a piping bag or a spoon.
  6. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of each filled strawberry.
  7. Place the filled strawberries on a serving plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Best served chilled. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
