Description
Deviled Strawberries are a fun twist on traditional cheesecake, combining creamy filling with fresh strawberries for a delicious and visually pleasing dessert.
Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup Sour Cream
- 2/3 cup White Granulated Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- Heavy Whipping Cream
- Large Strawberries
- 1/2 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and sugar until creamy and smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract and lemon juice, then mix well.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Wash the strawberries and remove the tops with a knife. Carefully hollow out the centers.
- Fill each strawberry with the cheesecake filling using a piping bag or a spoon.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of each filled strawberry.
- Place the filled strawberries on a serving plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Best served chilled. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
